Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Final-year students expecting to achieve first-class grades and who can submit their degree by 31st July 2025 are also eligible. Candidates with degrees from foreign universities should obtain an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) before 31st July 2025.
GATE Qualification: A valid GATE score in the relevant discipline is required.
Age Limit (as of 27th June 2025):
Unreserved (UR)/EWS: Not exceeding 35 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Not exceeding 38 years
SC/ST: Not exceeding 40 years
Salary and Benefits
Pay Level: Level-10 (7th CPC)
Basic Pay: βΉ56,100 per month
Total Emoluments: Approximately βΉ1,00,000 per month, including HRA and other allowances
Selection Process
Shortlisting: Based on valid GATE scores.
Personal Interview: Conducted at various centres, including Delhi.
Final Selection: Based on a 80% weightage of GATE score and 20% weightage of interview marks.
Medical Examination and Document Verification: For selected candidates.
