Educational Qualification
Lending Operations (Finance/ Banking): Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance/Banking), MBA (Finance/Banking), ICWA, CFA, CA, etc.
Human Resources: Post-Graduation in HR, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management.
Investment & Treasury: Post-Graduate in Finance/Forex, MBA (Finance/Banking), ICWA, CA, CFA.
Information Technology: Full-time B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MCA in CS/IT/Electronics, etc.
Accounts: MBA (Finance), ICWA, CMA, CA, etc.
Risk Management: MBA (Finance), ICWA, CFA, Post-Graduation in Economics.
Corporate Strategy: Post-Graduation in Economics or Management with specialization in Finance, Strategic Management, etc.
Legal: Master’s in Law.
