🧠 Selection Process

JMOT:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): 200 MCQs covering Subject Knowledge (80%), Numerical Ability/GK/Reasoning (10%), and English (10%)

  2. Skill Test: Practical tasks like climbing towers and electrical maintenance work

  3. Document Verification & Medical Check

JMT:

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): 200 MCQs covering Subject Knowledge (80%), Numerical Ability/GK/Reasoning (10%), and English (10%)

  2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates in a 1:3 ratio

The final merit list will be prepared based on 80% weightage for CBT and 20% for the Interview (for JMT) or Skill Test (for JMOT).

🗣️ Language Requirement

Candidates must be fluent in Odia, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Acceptable qualifications include:

  • Passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a subject

  • Passed Matriculation with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects

  • Passed Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class VII from a recognized institution
