Selection Process
The selection for the LIC AAO post will occur in three phases:
- Phase 1 (Preliminary Examinations): The preliminary exams will cover Reasoning ability, Quantitative aptitude, and English language questions.
- Phase 2 (Mains Examinations): Candidates who clear the Preliminary exam will qualify for the Mains exam, which includes a 2-hour objective section and a 30-minute descriptive section.
- Phase 3 (Interview): Candidates who pass the Mains exam will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on the Mains and interview performance. The interview will carry 60 marks.
