đź”— Exam City Intimation Slip & How to Find Your Centre
The Exam City Intimation Slip has been released on 15 September 2025. Candidates should download this from the official MHA/IB portal.
To get the slip, you’ll need to log in using your registration ID and date of birth. The slip gives you the name of the city, centre code, date and shift timing.Â
Make sure to check the address of the exam centre mentioned in your slip; exam centres sometimes have multiple buildings so follow address carefully.
🛂 Reporting Time & Other Instructions
Candidates must report 45 to 50 minutes before the exam start time to complete verification and other formalities.Â
Carry your admit card and a valid photo ID as per the instructions. No outsiders or unauthorized persons will be allowed entry.
Follow all the COVID-19 related protocols (if relevant), wearing masks, maintaining hygiene, etc.

Centre Allotment is Final: You cannot change the exam city or centre after the intimation slip is generated. Make travel plan accordingly.
