How to Check CIL MT Result 2025

1. Visit the official CIL website: coalindia.in
2. Click on the ‘Recruitment’ tab in the top menu.
3. Find and click on ‘Recruitment of Management Trainees 2025’.
4. Click the link that says ‘List of Candidates Eligible for Document Verification’.
5. Download the PDF and search your Roll Number to check your selection status.

Next Stage: Document Verification (DV)

Candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for DV, which is expected to be conducted within four weeks of result declaration. Candidates must bring the original documents along with two sets of self-attested copies.

Documents Required for DV

• Original CBT Admit Card
• Printout of Online Application Form
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.)
• All Mark Sheets & Degree Certificates
• CGPA to Percentage Certificate (if applicable)
• Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
• PWD Certificate (if applicable)
• Date of Birth Proof (10th Marksheet/Certificate)
• No Objection Certificate (for employed candidates)
• Medical Fitness Certificate (as per CIL format)
• Recent Passport-size Photographs
• Experience Certificate (if required for certain streams)
