NEET UG 2025: Provisional Answer Key, OMR Sheets, Recorded Responses Released

NEET UG 2025 answer key: In order to help applicants, NTA has also emailed scanned copies of the OMR sheets to the email addresses they registered in. The tentative answer key, scanned images of the OMR answer sheets, and recorded responses for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) (NEET UG) 2025 have been made available by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The preliminary answer key and recorded responses are now available for candidates to view and contest on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.

NEET UG 2025 Answer Key and OMR Challenge Process, including important dates, fees, and steps:


🔑 Key Dates and Fees

  • Challenge Window: June 3 to June 5, 2025

  • Fee per Challenge: ₹200 (non-refundable) per question

  • Last Date to Pay Fee: June 5, 2025 (till 11:50 PM)

  • Payment Modes: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking

  • Note: No challenge will be considered without fee payment.

  • All challenges are reviewed by subject experts.

  • If valid, the answer key will be revised.

  • Final result is based on the revised key.

  • Candidates will not be individually informed about outcomes.

  • NTA’s decision is final; no further communication accepted.

  1. Visit: neet.nta.nic.in

  2. Click: “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”

  3. Log in using your Application Number & Password.

  4. Enter the captcha code and submit.

  5. Under “Correct Option”, view NTA’s answer.

  6. Select your answer to challenge.

  7. Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file.

  8. Click “Save your Claim”.

  9. Review all challenges.

  10. Click “Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally”.

  11. Pay ₹200 per question.

  12. Download/print the receipt for your records.


📝 How to Challenge OMR/Recorded Response

  1. Log in at neet.nta.nic.in

  2. Click: “Display OMR Answer Sheet / Challenge Recorded Response and Answer Key”

  3. Click “OMR Challenge” in the left panel.

  4. Click “OMR Challenge Link” to view OMR.

  5. Click “Challenge Recorded Response”.

  6. Choose the questions to challenge.

  7. Under “Captured Response,” see your recorded answers.

  8. In “Candidate’s Claim,” select your correct response.

  9. Click Submit, then Submit and Pay Fee Finally.

  10. Pay ₹200 per question.

  11. Download/print the receipt.
