The exam will be held online using CBT. A total of 100 multiple-choice questions will be asked from the following subjects:

  • Physics: Electrostatics, Optics, Laws of Motion, Motion in a Plane, Thermal Properties of Matter, Gravitation, Semiconductors, Rotational Motion, Oscillations, Electromagnetic Induction, Alternating Currents, Dual Nature of Radiation and Matter, Atoms and Nuclei, Electronic Devices
  • Chemistry: Some Basic Concepts of Chemistry, Adsorption and Colloids, States of Matter, Elements of Groups 1 and 2, Chemical Bonding, Redox Reactions, Hydrocarbons, Solid State, Solutions, Electrochemistry, Chemical Kinetics, Coordination Compounds, Haloalkanes and Haloarenes, Alcohols, Phenols, Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones, Carboxylic Acids, Amines, Biomolecules
  • Biology: Diversity in Living Organisms, Structural Organisation in Animals and Plants, Cell Structure and Function, Plant Physiology, Human Physiology, Reproduction in Organisms, Genetics and Evolution, Biology and Human Welfare, Biotechnology and Its Applications, Ecology and Environment
  • English: Reading Comprehension, Grammar and Vocabulary, Sentence Correction, Synonyms and Antonyms, Para Jumbles, Fill in the Blanks

Each question will be worth 1 mark, and no marks will be deducted for incorrect responses. The total exam duration is 90 minutes, and the medium of the exam will be English.
