The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the exam timetable for the December 2025 sessionof the CS Executive and CS Professional Programmes. Here’s what you need to know:
Exam Dates: December 22 to December 29, 2025
Shift Timings: One shift per day — 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM across all days
Extra Reading Time: Candidates will have an additional 15 minutes (2:00–2:15 PM) solely to read the question paper before starting.

Buffer Dates: December 30–31, 2025, and January 1–2, 2026, are reserved for rescheduling, if required due to emergencies or logistical issues.
Registration Timeline: Registration has already begun. Candidates can enroll from August 26, 2025. The last date without late fee is September 25, and with late fee is October 10, 2025.
Syllabus Switch: December 2025 exams will follow only the 2022 syllabus for both Executive and Professional programmes.
