ICSI CS December 2025 Exam Schedule Announced
Exam Dates & Timings
The ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) has scheduled the CS Executive and CS Professional (Syllabus 2022) exams from 22nd to 29th December 2025, with a holiday on December 25 (Christmas Day).
All exams will be conducted in a single afternoon shift, with the paper distributed at 2:00 PM and concluded at 5:15 PM.

Registration Window & Fees
Registration opens on August 26, 2025, via the official ICSI portal (smash.icsi.edu or icsi.edu).
Deadline without late fee: September 25, 2025
Late fee window: September 26 to October 10, 2025
Fee structure per group:
Executive Programme – ₹1,500
Professional Programme – ₹1,800
Additional Charges: Late fee/changes/overseas center (Dubai surcharge) also apply
Important Guidelines
Exams will be held only for those who have successfully completed pre-examination requirements, such as Online Pre-Exam Test (like ODOP/TDOP).
The timetable is released well in advance to help aspirants align their final revision and logistics effectively.
