What Changed: Revised Exam Schedule
The ICAI had earlier scheduled CA Final (Group I) Paper-1 and CA Intermediate (Group I) Paper-1 exams in several cities of Punjab (like Amritsar, Bathinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mandi Gobindgarh, Pathankot, Patiala, Sangrur) and in Jammu City on 3rd and 4th September 2025. These were postponed due to heavy rainfall & flood-like situations.
ICAI has now rescheduled these affected exams to September 24 & 25, 2025.
The timing of the exam will remain the same as originally planned: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (IST).
The exam centres will also remain the same. Candidates who had admit cards already issued for these exams are informed that those admit cards will remain valid for the new dates.
Which Exams Exactly Are Affected
CA Final (Group I), Paper-1 – affected in the listed Punjab cities + Jammu City.
CA Intermediate (Group I), Paper-1 – also affected similarly.
Only Paper-1 of Group I for both Final & Intermediate levels are part of this revision for those specific centres. Other papers/cities are not affected.
Why the Rescheduling
