On March 29, 2025, Coal India Limited (CIL) held the recruitment exam. The test was administered in a computer-based format at several testing locations. Examination Overview

The CIL Management Trainee exam consists of two papers: Paper I and Paper II.
  • Paper I: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and General English.
  • Paper II: Professional Knowledge, based on the candidate’s selected discipline.
Each paper consists of 100 questions, each carrying one mark, totaling 200 marks. Candidates will have 3 hours to complete the exam.The exam is bilingual and conducted in both English and Hindi. There is no negative marking.

  3. Find and click the link titled “CIL MT Result 2025”.
  4. Enter your User ID and Password (used during the application/registration process).
  5. Your result will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Download and print the result for future reference.
