CIL MT Recruitment 2025 Result and Document Verification
The result for the CIL Management Trainee (MT) Recruitment 2025 Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be released in the first week of May 2025. The evaluation of response sheets will take around four weeks, with an expected completion by the last week of April. Once the result is available, candidates can follow the steps below to check and download the result for the CIL MT CBT 2025:
- Visit the official website of Coal India Limited: https://coalindia.in/
- Navigate to the “Recruitment” section in the header menu.
- Click on “Recruitment of Management Trainees 2025” to proceed to the next page.
- Click on the option “List of Candidates Eligible for the Document Verification.”
- Download the merit list and open the result gazette.
- Search for your Roll Number in the result and check whether you have passed the exam or not.

What’s Next After the CIL MT Result?
After the result is released, candidates who qualify the CBT will be invited for the second stage of the selection process, which is the Document Verification. The Document Verification will be conducted within four weeks of the result release.
Documents Required for Document Verification
Candidates are required to report to the designated centre with original documents and two self-attested copies of the following:
- CBT Admit Card (original)
- Online Application Form (printout)
- Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License)
- Educational Degree/Provisional Certificate
- All Mark Sheets (semester/year-wise)
- CGPA to Percentage Conversion Certificate (if applicable)
- SC/ST Certificate (if applicable)
- OBC (NCL) Certificate
- EWS Certificate (valid for 2024–25, if applicable)
- PwBD Certificate (if applicable)
- Experience Certificate (if required for specific streams)
- Date of Birth Proof (e.g., 10th Certificate/Mark Sheet)
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) (for employed candidates)
- Medical Fitness Certificate (as per CIL format, if specified)
