Application Process
Follow these steps to apply:
Visit the Official Portal: Access the application via the Medhasoft Bihar portal(medhasoft.bihar.gov.in).
Register (New User):
Click on ‘Student Registration’ or ‘New Registration’.
Provide necessary details like name, DOB, mobile number, email, etc.
Log In: Use the credentials sent (Username and Password) to log into the portal.
Fill & Submit Form:
Complete the online application form.
Upload scanned copies of required documents (listed below).
Confirmation:
Submit the form.
Download or note the application receipt for future reference.Track Status:
Navigate to the “Report+” tab on the portal homepage.
Click “List of Eligible Students”, fill in your details, and check if your name appears.

Prepare and upload the following:
Passport-sized photograph & signature
Aadhaar card
Domicile/residence certificate
Graduation degree certificate or marksheet
Bank passbook with Aadhaar-linked account
Mobile number and email ID.
Selection & Disbursement
Once verified, the ₹50,000 scholarship amount will be directly transferred to your bank account via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer)
