2. Key Counselling Phases & Tentative Timeline

While APSCHE has not yet released the fixed schedule, multiple sources anticipate the following two-phase process:

Phase 1

• Registration & Payment

• Online Document Verification

• Web Options Entry & Editing

• Seat Allotment Result

• Self-Reporting at Allotted Colleges

Phase 2 (for re-allotment/additional seats)

• Fresh registration

• Document re-verification

• New web options

• Final seat allotment

3. Registration Process & Counselling Fees

To register:

1. Visit the official counselling portal — typically cets.apsche.ap.gov.in or lawcet-sche.aptonline.in.

2. Click on the respective AP LAWCET / PGLCET Counselling Registration link.

3. Fill in credentials (application number, hall ticket number, etc.) and upload required documents.

4. Pay the counselling fee (expected around ₹1,000 for General/OBC, ₹500 for SC/ST).
   
   

4. Document Verification & Upload Guidelines

Essential documents needed for online verification include:

• LAWCET/PGLCET rank card and hall ticket

• SSC / Intermediate / Graduation mark sheets & certificates

• Study/residence certificates

• Caste/income/EWS certificates (if applicable)

• Migration & transfer certificates

5. Web Options Entry & Seat Allotment

After successful verification, candidates can exercise web options, where they select preferred colleges and courses.

• The portal allows choices to be edited before final submission.

• Seat allotments are then processed based on rank, category, and preferences.
  
  

6. Reporting & Admission Confirmation

Once seats are allotted:

• Download the allotment letter.

• Self-report through the counselling portal.

• Visit the allotted college for final document verification and fee payment.

• Admission is confirmed upon completion of these formalities.
