How to download the city intimation slip
- Visit the official website of your respective RRB zone or rrbapply.gov.in.
- Click on the relevant link for the City Intimation Slip.
- Enter your registration number and password or date of birth.
- Your slip will be displayed.
- Download and print the slip.
Important points to note
- The City Intimation Slip is not the official admit card.
- The exact exam center address will be on the admit card.
- The RRB NTPC Admit Card for UG posts will be released 4 days before your scheduled exam date, starting from August 3, 2025.
- You will need to download your admit card separately from the official RRB website.
- No changes to the exam details are permitted.
- On exam day, bring a printed admit card, a valid photo ID, and your Aadhaar card.
The RRB NTPC CBT 1 Exam for 12th-level posts is scheduled from August 7 to September 8, 2025, to fill 3,445 vacancies.
How to download the admit card when released
- Visit the official website of your RRB zone.
- Find the link for the e-call letter download for CEN 06/2024 (NTPC-UG): CBT-1 City-Intimation & E-Call Letter.
- Click the download link.
- Enter your registration number (User ID) and password (Date of Birth).
- Your admit card will be shown.
- Download and print at least two copies.
