Visit eshram.gov.in → Register on eShram
Enter Aadhaar-linked mobile number, captcha → receive OTP
Validate and allow your details to auto-populate
Fill in personal, family, skill, occupation and bank details
Accept the declaration → Submit
Receive UAN on-screen; save/Card view

Click Already Registered → Update/Download UAN Card
Enter UAN/ Aadhaar + DOB + captcha
Generate OTP, validate
Preview → Submit → OTP → Verify
