ABVMU UP GNM Entrance Exam (UPGET) 2025 – Complete Notification

The Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University (ABVMU), Uttar Pradesh has released the official notification for the Uttar Pradesh GNM Entrance Test (UPGET) 2025. This entrance test is the gateway for admission into GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) courses offered by government and private institutions in UP, affiliated with the UP State Medical Faculty.

Eligibility Criteria for GNM (3-Year Course)

To be eligible for UPGET 2025, candidates must meet any one of the following:

• Completed 10+2 (Intermediate) with minimum 40% marks and English as a subject.

• Completed 10+2 (Vocational ANM course) with 40% marks.

• Must be a registered ANM with passing marks.

Age Criteria (As of 31st December 2025)

• Minimum Age: 17 Years

• Maximum Age: No upper limit

• Age relaxation will be applied as per official rules and regulations.

Step-by-Step Guide to Fill UPGET 2025 Application Form

1. Visit the official ABVMU website.

2. Register yourself and fill in basic details like name, contact info, and qualifications.

3. Upload required documents:

   • Recent passport-size photograph with white background, front-facing, no spectacles, and with name and date written on it.

   • Live photograph (mandatory)

   • Signature, ID proof, and other supporting documents.

4. Submit the application form and pay the required fee.

5. Preview your application carefully before final submission.

6. After successful submission, download and print your application form for future use.

Important: OBC and EWS certificates must be issued as per the latest government guidelines mentioned in the notification.

Key Points to Remember

• The GNM entrance exam is now applicable to all government GNM colleges under the Directorate General of Training, Medical Health and Family Welfare, U.P., along with private institutions affiliated with UP State Medical Faculty.

• Incomplete forms (especially those without fee payment) will not be accepted.
