Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Only female candidates can apply

• Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Bihar

• Educational Qualification: Must have graduated from a Bihar university (sessions: 2018–21, 2019–22, 2020–23, or 2021–24)

• Banking & Aadhaar: Must have an active Aadhaar-linked bank account (DBT ready)

• Financial Restriction: Applicant’s family must not be income tax payers or government job holders

• Required Documents

To apply, keep scanned copies of:

• Graduation marksheet/certificate

• Aadhaar card

• Bank passbook (name, IFSC, Aadhaar-linked)

• Residential certificate

• Income certificate or proof family is not an income tax payer

• Passport-size photograph

• Mobile number and email ID (active)

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

Application Process

3. Fill in personal details and upload required documents

4. Submit the application and note the acknowledgment ID

5. Ensure your name appears in the eligible student list on the portal

Selection & Disbursement

• Beneficiaries are auto-validated via the portal—no exam or merit ranking is involved

• Data from universities is required for eligibility verification; delays in uploads have shifted the application start to August 2025

• Once approved, the ₹50,000 will be transferred directly to the beneficiary’s bank account via DBT
